Terms and Conditions

Mason Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a real estate acquisition business located at 7892 Turkel Dr, Fishers, IN 46038. These Terms and Conditions consist of two parts: our SMS Terms & Conditions (Part 1) and our Privacy Policy (Part 2), both below. By providing your mobile phone number to us, responding to a text message from us, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms.

Part 1: SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

Mason Holdings LLC purchases land and real estate directly from property owners. We use SMS text messaging to reach out to property owners — including owners identified through public property records and skip-tracing services — to ask whether they are interested in receiving a cash offer for their property, to follow up on that interest, and to communicate about a potential purchase (scheduling calls, sharing offer details, and coordinating next steps). Messages are informational and offer-related, not entertainment or subscription content.

2. Consent

You may receive messages from us because you submitted your phone number through our website, spoke with one of our representatives, or because we obtained your contact information through publicly available property, tax, or skip-trace records as part of our outreach to property owners. You can withdraw your consent to receive messages at any time using the opt-out instructions in Section 5, regardless of how we obtained your number.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of any property discussion. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Frequency may increase temporarily during an active offer or transaction.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Mason Holdings LLC does not charge you for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

5. Opt-out instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt back in. If you opt back in, you may text START or provide your number to us again.

6. Help

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message from us, call us at (317) 748-5156, or email contact@mason-holdings.com. We will respond with instructions on how to get assistance or unsubscribe.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider and factors outside of our control.

8. Eligibility

Our SMS program is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are the subscriber, or have the subscriber's permission, for the mobile number provided.

9. Supported carriers

This program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. We are not responsible for carriers that do not support this service.

10. Privacy

Your phone number and any information you share with us through SMS will be used and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Part 2 below). We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to interact with our SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you share with us by phone, text, email, or through our website.

  • Information from public and third-party sources: we obtain contact and property information — such as names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and property/tax records — from public records and skip-tracing services as part of identifying property owners who may want to sell.

  • Information from your device: if you visit our website, we may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, typically through cookies or similar technology.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Contact you (by phone, text message, mail, or email) about potentially purchasing your property

  • Respond to your questions and process any transaction you enter into with us

  • Maintain records of our communications and comply with legal and contractual obligations

  • Improve our outreach and website

3. Text messaging (SMS) data

If you provide your mobile number to us or we contact you by text message, we collect your phone number and the content of our text message exchanges in order to communicate with you about your property. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories of use case exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is never sold. 4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who perform work on our behalf (e.g., our texting/calling platform, our CRM, our title company or closing attorney), under obligations to protect it and use it only to provide services to us

  • Legal and safety purposes, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others

  • A successor entity, if we sell or transfer our business or its assets

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, promotional, lead-generation, or analytics purposes, under any circumstance.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including after you opt out of text messages, so that we can honor your opt-out and comply with legal recordkeeping obligations. We do not retain data longer than necessary for these purposes.

6. Your choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us to opt out at any time, or contact us using the information below.

  • Access, correction, or deletion: you may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that we delete it, by contacting us below. We will honor requests except where we need to retain information for legal, contractual, or recordkeeping reasons.

  • California residents: depending on our size and data practices, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, or opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information. 7. Children's privacy

Our services are directed to adults 18 and older who own or co-own real property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
